In Dec 2006 Don Currie was sentenced to 12 years for charges of arson in relation to PDP Couriers who are a major supplier to Huntingdon Life Sciences and the Wilton Box Company who make lab animal transportation boxes. Sarah Gisborne was sentenced to six and a half years for conspiracy to cause criminal damage. This sentence has since been reduced to five and a half years on appeal. On the same day Sarah was sentenced a woman was sentenced to five years for killing her child. She is well, strong and determined so please write letters of support.

Josh Demmit (USA)
On February 15, Josh began a two and a half year sentence for setting fires at an animal science farm at Brigham Young University. In an earlier action at BYU, six rabbits and seven birds were liberated from the farm.

Note: Josh's co-defendant, Harrison Burrows, snitched on Josh for a lighter sentence. But in typical fashion, the government sold him out as well, giving him the same sentence as Josh. Goes to show that snitching will get you nowhere, except in jail without outside support.
