GSK DEMO IN BELGIUM

On friday the 25th of April Dutch and Belgian activists demonstrated at a huge GlaxoSmithKline site in Rixensart, Belgium.
Apart from torturing and killing animals inside Huntingdon Life Sciences, GSK also abuses animals in its seventeen own laboratories, of which this is one. Next to smaller animals such as rodents, the Rixensart lab contains beagles and monkeys, all of which are used and abused in sickening experiments. These experiments are conducted not because GSK is interested in medical progress, but rather because it is interested in economic growth and financial gain.
A series of medical scandals has made clear that Glaxo's main concern is not helping people, but helping itself, for which both human patients and animal test subjects have to pay the price.
The days of secretly abusing animals have ended for Glaxo, however, and activists all over the world will continue to confront it with its sickening business, until
both HLs and its own labs have forever been shut down.
