DEMOS IN BELGIUM
Belgium/Friday - We kicked off the day with a protest at a Philip Morris lab in Leuven.
60 days on a row rats and mice are forced to inhale nicoteen. The workers didn't dare to be confronted and arrived2 hours earlier to be safe inside... Cowards!
Up to Brussels to demonstrate at the embassy of Mauritius. Thisisland is exporting thousands of monkeys a year to labs worldwide.
Great to see new faces at our demos mixing in with the old.
30 people strong we stood our ground at Harlan, labanimal supplier of HLS and happy to do animaltests in a new to build lab in Holland.
All cars were removed from the parkingspot and the building guarded by the police with dogs and police in riotgear.
What a perfect working atmoshpere Harlan!
You can complain as much as you like Harlan, it
only stops when the vivisection industry is dead and buried.
The final demo of the day at GSK BIO. Over a thousand people working here together on the torture of innocent animals in this huge lab.
We were angry, noisy and committed to fight monsters like GSK.
One came out with a fur and received even more attention. GSK owns 17 animal testing facilities, and is sourcing out tests at Huntingdon.
