American Pacific Corporation have used HLS at least once since 2000.They are a US chemical company who in their own words "produces

systems, automotive airbag safety systems and explosives, (ii) Halotron,
a clean fire extinguishing agent and (iii) water treatment equipment."
These are exactly the kind of products that are used in inhalation toxicity
experiments at HLS.

CHIRON (NOVARTIS)
Chiron Corporation was a multinational biotechnology firm based in Emeryville, California that was acquired by Novartis on 20th April 2006. Chiron's vaccines and blood testing units have been combined to form Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, while Chiron BioPharmaceuticals will be integrated into Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
