MORE DEMOS IN DUBLIN AGAINST NOVARTIS AND BARCLAYS

Tuesday, 14th April

We had two protests in Dublin, to support the SHAC campaign.

First stop of the day was regular target, Novartis Pharmaceuticals (Regus House, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2) - one of HLS' biggest customers. Within minutes, an employee came out shouting and swearing at us to put away the megaphone. We shouted away for another 30mins, much to the disgust of the disgruntled employee.

We moved on then to Barclays Bank Ireland PLC (Two Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2) - who keep the animal abusers in business, with their 398,187 blood-soaked shares in HLS (LSR). The people there weren't too happy to see us either, but many took leaflets and a few even came over to ask questions.

For an hour, we chanted on the megaphone and asked Barclays to cut their ties with Huntingdon Life Sciences - so even if the Barclays employees don't care, they at least had to listen to us!

We can't wait to organise more protests there now!

For the animals,
