SOUTH AFRICAN ACTIVISTS DEMAND THE END TO LAB ANIMAL ABUSE

Friday, 7th August

Time for GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis and Bayer to dump HLS and animal tests

Activists from SHAC Africa have visited the heavily fortified compounds of GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis and Bayer in Johannesburg leaving dozens of placards calling for the closure of HLS and an end to animal abuse by these companies. By the time we returned to collect the placards the companies involved had already removed them which illustrates how ashamed they are of their business dealings.

GlaxoSmithKline, Carisbrook Building, The Campus, 57 Sloane Street, Bryanston, 2021, Gauteng (compound on the corner of Main and Sloane)

Bayer, 27 Wrench Road, Isando, Kempton Park,1600, Gauteng

Novartis, 72 Steel Road, Spartan, Kempton Park, 1619, Gauteng

In solidarity with the animals inside HLS, Highgate Farm and other abuse centers.
