DEMO RETURNS TO NOVARTIS IN HORSHAM

Despite the large police attendance and the heaviest rain for months the weekly Novartis demo continued in loud voice this week. We noisily expressed our anger at the torture lab situated beyond Novartis' black gates and high fences.

Throughout the protest we were given support by local passers by and cars tooting their agreement. Our lawful protest was also watched by a larger than normal police attendance (at least one police officer for each protester) and the usual pack of security guards.

As anyone who has been with us on this protest will tell you - nothing will put us off shaming Novartis into stopping it's activities. We will continue to speak for those without a voice. We will continue to put pressure on animal abusers to stop experimenting on the innocent for gain. Come down and join us in our fight.

Pay attention and turn your ears to our chant of 'Shame On You Novartis.' Oh, thanks to the police for making our demo more visible, maybe next time they can hold a banner or placard while there wasting their time!
