We paid another regular visit to Novartis in Horsham to once again highlight the crimes committed in the name of so called medical progress at the site here in Horsham and at HLS. While many up to date and scientifically proven research methods are available the cowards at Novartis and HLS continue to use outdated, unreliable and cruel 'research' methods that not only end up in the death of the animals in the labs but also in the the deaths from so called unforseen side effects of many of the people who take the drugs. Come on novartis dig deep into your corporate pockets and start funding ethical research and stop taking the easy way out.

The number of people and car drivers passing by continues to grow with many of them coming out with the same question "what exactly do they do in there then" and "what is HLS". Once we have explained about the many animals that die each and every day at HLS along with the fact that Novartis have an animal test facility on this site and about the relationship between the two most people walk away sick with disgust that a local company that seems to present itself as cleaner that clean can stoop so low as to earn money from the suffering of animals.

The ever so slow of the mark security men eventually realised that there was someone amongst us who they had forgotten to serve a copy of their pathetic injunction on. Right on time a solitary copper turned up looking more bored than us with the antics of the so called security. After a quick chat he came down to us with them and I think served a copy of the injunction by throwing it on the ground. I say "I think" because amongst all the noise being made nobody could hear exactly what was being said. In most countries throwing litter on the ground is an offence so how come the security at Novartis seem to get away with it!!!!

Clean up you act Novartis stop dealing with HLS and pick your worthless injuction from where your security threw it. We will be back every week throughout the years ahead come rain or shine until you admit you are in the wrong and you stop dealing with HLS.
