PROTESTS CONTINUE AT ASTRAZENECA IN LUND, SWEDEN

As every week for the last six months or so, activists gathered outside of AstraZeneca's site in Lund in south Sweden. The staff are used to us by now, and curtains were drawn as we approached with our sirens on full volume. There were 12 of us to begin with, but we were joined by three enthusiastic people who happened to pass by and supported our cause.

We also received support from cars who honked and waved to us, much to the dissapointment of the workers at AstraZeneca. In addition to this, SHAC-posters have been put up around the site and in the center of Lund, informing people of the horrible, cruel dealings of AstraZeneca. We stayed put for a good two hours full of chanting and screaming. See you soon again AZ!
