SWEDISH PROTESTS GROW AGAINST HLS CUSTOMERS

Demo 1 - Bristol-Myers Squibb

A group of protestors decided to make the first visit of 2010 to Bristol-Myers Squibb, a company that continues to co-operate with the animal abusers at HLS. With placards and slogans the workers of BMS were welcomed to their work and got a reminder what kind of company they work for. Our noisy demo continued until they got the message, while you continue to use HLS expect us to be outside our offices.

Demo 2 - Home demo at AstraZeneca's Executive Director

A home demo was held at the home of AstraZeneca's Executive Director. In Sweden AstraZeneca have 10,400 people employed and are one of the largest animal testing laboratories in Europe and continues to use HLS. A few years ago, after the Channel 4 undercover investigation at HLS, they left HLS but were exposed in 2008 still paying for primate experiments at HLS. The campaign against AstraZeneca will continue until they drop HLS once again.
