AZ DAY OF ACTION IN BRISTOL

Friday, 29th January

Activists braved snow and wind to let AstraZeneca workers at their Avonmouth site know that we won't let them forget about the animals inside HLS. We sent them home for the weekend with a clear reminder of exactly what their company is involved in at Huntingdon. They were made to think about their companion animals at home, and how they would feel if they were the subject of experiments at HLS.

We also reminded them of the financial trouble that AstraZeneca is in, the thousands of lay-offs and the fact that they are being sued by 14,000 people in the US over the side effects of their antipsychotic drug Seroquel. We won't go away AstraZeneca, until you pull out of HLS and stop subjecting innocent animals to painful and pointless experiments.
