ACTIVISTS CONTINUE TO PROTEST AT HIGHGATE ANIMAL SUPPLIER

Activists from across the North West were back at Highgate Farm to demonstrate against the farms involvement in a cruel and barbaric trade. Highgate Farm breed rabbits and ferrets for the vivisection industry, supplying many universities and also HLS. Trapped inside tiny bare wire cages, these animals can only sit and await their fate, which is to be tortured to death in a laboratory. The only reason for this is greed, greed for money!

We tried to inform anyone listening that using any animal in experiments is unethical, unreliable and unnecessary and that humans as well as animals are killed every year because of misleading data given from animal experiments.

For us the day was nice the weather mainly stayed nice and the police remained polite. For the animals locked inside the sheds, life remains hell and will only get worse unless people like us try to make a difference.

We ask everybody reading this not to forget about the animals kept in these sheds in filthy conditions, that only see sunlight on their way to the laboratories and then are brutally murdered for needless profit. We can not fail the innocent animals in places like this and we will continue, as we must.
