ASTRAZENECA PROTESTS CONTINUE IN DUBLIN

Tuesday, 15th June

A group of us decided to pay a visit to AstraZeneca today (College Park House, Nassau Street, Dublin 2. Tel. +353 1 609 7100) - and what a lovely day for echoing their murderous secrets through the street on a megaphone!

It didn't take long for the staff to revert back to their childish acts of retaliation though, as wet paper towels, tomatoes - and even a computer cable - were fired at us from the roof of the building! Embarrassingly for them though, they are all unbelievably terrible shots!

This went on for some time, so we decided it would be a good idea to call the Gardai on them (before they started throwing heavier items!). Within minutes, Gardai arrived and spent at least 15 minutes in there telling employess to behave! It's a pity all they got was a telling-off though, considering how often they do this.

Employees back at their desks, it was time for some serious chanting - made all the more enjoyable knowing all AstraZeneca staff could do was sit and listen!

While this company still continues to wallow in the blood of 500 animals every day, we will be making their work-day a living nightmare!
