UK PHARMA COMPANY CONFIRMS HAS NO DEALINGS WITH HLS

Thank you for your e-mail dated 12th September 2010 requesting information regarding the ownership of Martindale Pharma.

I can confirm to you that with effect from 12th May 2010 Martindale Pharma® was bought from Cardinal Health by the Martindale Pharma® Management Team supported by AAC Capital Partners.

The products produced by Martindale Pharma® are not tested upon animals and as a company we can confirm that we have no dealings, and never have had, with Huntingdon Life Sciences.

I am happy to be able to say that our website has now been updated to reflect this change of ownership and can be found at www.martindalepharma.co.uk.
