OCEAN FINANCE, FORTRESS COLLABORATOR PROTESTS

Activists arrived outside the offices of Ocean Finance (owned by Fortress), and began another loud demonstration against them. We continue to shame them for their involvement with Huntingdon Life Sciences, which makes them partly responsible for the many sufferings and deaths of countless animals and humans alike each year, with vivisection being both unethical and unscientific. We also question where their financial sense is, because even if a company like Ocean Finance and Fortress lack morals, ethics, compassion and respect (which they clearly do), no business would want to be involved with Huntingdon Life Sciences in order to find financial gain either - because if you deal with HLS, you'll have to deal with a severe loss of money too - ask HLS and Fortress (HLS being $70 million dollars in debt, Fortress also looking for a $140 million dollar loan)...

It's quite obvious that's what you get if your dealing in blood money and murder, it serves you all right, and we'll see to it that your disgusting businesses continue to lose money too and we will close down HLS.

Ocean Finance continue to be frustrated with the loud presences there, being situated next to such a busy road and a services is really not the ideal location if you're trying to keep a dirty secret, that secret being that Ocean Finance is contributing to the screams, torture and murder of 500 innocent, defenseless animals every single day.

However wherever the location, SHAC will always see to it that these vile companies are pressured and exposed to the public.

With Fortress and all their other subsidiaries receiving attention from SHAC, HLS is already on a one-way ticket to closure - but if Fortress doesn't make the right decision soon they will find critical problems too - and as long as they're dealing with HLS, things will only get worse for them!

Some staff members left Ocean Finance, pacing towards their cars with their heads bound low. More members of the public came to ask us about our demonstration, some of which even stopped in their cars to find out whilst others drove passed beeping their horns in support of us.
