Tuesday, 23rd August

Bristol activists took a trip to the grim over-sized industrial estate that is Avonmouth to pay a visit to the site of well known animal-abusers Astrazeneca at their Avlon Works, Severn Road, Hallen, Bristol, BS10 7ZE (Tel: 01179 382999).

Equipped with placards, banners and a purpose the activists spent 2 hours drawing as much public attention as possible to the misdeeds of this multi-national pharmaceutical company. One can only imagine the headache they must have had from all the honks of support, and locals coming out to voice their disgust at the dirty deeds of Astrazeneca.

This is just another demo to remind Astrazeneca that as long as they are responsible for animals' suffering, there will be compassionate activists to inform the world and put them to shame – no matter where their sites are hidden.
