PROTEST HITS HLS CUSTOMER IN SCOTLAND

We met at the published time 16.15 at Edinburgh park station. At 16.20 we marched to the AstraZeneca offices. Passing the vast dark edifice of RBS banking and cutting through the towers of HSBC, we arrived at 7 Lochend Avenue, Astra Zeneca's Scottish HQ. We assembled directly outside the main entrance of AZ, unfurled our banner, and with chants of “where's your conscience? Where's your guilt? For the blood that you have spilt!” we handed leaflets to passers-by and showed to the office workers that AZ should cut their ties with Huntingdon Life Sciences.
