MORE NALCO PROTESTS IN CALIFORNIA

Wednesday, 18th July

On Wednesday, activists continue to put the pressure on Nalco to drop Huntingdon Life Sciences.

Activists show up to Nalco's office in Carson at 1 pm, wielding megaphones and signs to educate the public about Nalco's affiliation with HLS. Activists talked about the fact that Nalco was exposed as a REACH customer of HLS's months ago, documentation provided showed that Nalco has tested silicone dioxide at HLS in 2010. Nalco has known about their dirty ties with HLS for months now and has even acknowledged that they deal with the puppy killers at Huntingdon by posting signs all over their facility "claiming" that they no longer do business with HLS and have not done so since 2010. This seems very convenient since the only documentation of them working with HLS was in 2010.

Despite Nalco's petty attempt to show activists that they are no longer a customer of HLS, the protest continued for nearly an hour. Activists marched up and down Nalco's facility chanting "if you want some peace and rest, cut your ties with HLS" and "500 animals died today, HLS is to blame".

Nalco, if you want the protests to stop anytime soon, you need to officially drop Huntingdon Life Sciences for good. Until then expect to see activists outside of your offices.
