ASTRAZENECA HAVE PROTEST AT THEIR BRISTOL SITE
Tuesday, 27th March
As part of the week of action against Astrazeneca, activists from the Bristol Animal Rights Collective paid an early morning visit to Astrazeneca in Avonmouth this Tuesday.
Placards reminding staff of the cruelty and injustice inherent in the vivisection industry were held high, and the impact was noted straight away. The smiles from the staff's faces who were enjoying the sunshine dropped as they saw images of animals who have been denied the privilege of enjoying it - by their company and HLS.
Though the demonstration only lasted an hour, the campaign is ongoing. Demonstrations will continue regularly until Astrazeneca end their custom and support of Huntingdon Life Sciences and stop condemning animals to a pitifully short life of pain and suffering. There is no future in vivisection, time to get a 'real' job!
